I really appreciated your analysis of this version, but I feel like the lead instrument for the A section and the accompaniment for the B section are quite lacking in intensity, compared to the original.
Now that I think of it, it’d be real funny to trick a friend to bop to this theme, given it’s name and context and all~~~ Your actions in doing this pairs well with the theme as well, keep that in mind before you do this.
Owner of this theme tries to celebrate her friend getting permanently "Pichuun'd" (this was before card rules) as she acts and talks as if she dropped dead-weight, but subconsciously regrets it as the fight progresses, dragging down her performance as she tries to fight you with her all.
