The behaviour of Both the judges of Supreme Court clearly shows that they are not sitting in the chairs of Judges, but by the side of Kejriwal, to whom they clearly want to set him free. They're asking irrelevant questions from AG, and want some mistakes from them for the benefit of Singhvi and Kejriwal.

Under this Act, any innocent person can be arrested and kept behind the bar for an indefinite period with sovereign power execuse. The investigating agency and the court shall rely upon credible and reliable technical, documentary, and scientific evidences more rather than the oral or hearsay evidence.

Aren’t AG’s meant to be individuals too who are meant to conduct themselves uprightly valuing and respecting constitutional frame and rule of law. There’s so much been happening in our country disrespecting constitution and law and where are their voices to their masters then in such instances. Instead flagrant collusion seems to be the order of the day by officials paid by the taxpayer, who bow to disregard contemptuously principles by which all of us are required to live by. Each of us need to live and conduct ourselves with circumspection and fear that each of us are accountable and will be called to account in all aspects of our conduct. The entire argument ends with the comment of justice Sanjeev khnna that the petitioner is at liberty to apply for bail in the lower courts. Doesn't that suggest that no relief petitioner in the present Petition except the interim bail already granted .

Why is it that Ss 96 to 106 IPC do not get the attention they deserve as preventive provisions? In my view, the arrest is valid to enforce Art 39(b) fundamental Directive. Erring judges deserve prosecution, punishment and ouster from office.
