yeah another problem with cutting the video short is that it sort of spoils the ending because you can work out how the games going to go based on how much time is left on the video.

He is exceptional in everything, the way he defends pushes is just crazy. What he does with his stalkers is a treat to watch, also that immortal stalker surround to get the tanks my god how did he coordinate that
Actually that might be true in the north american or Korean's ladder however if you take a look at the current state of the EU ladder it somehows is about 50% protoss the race is more popular in Europe
@TheoLeRigolo2218 Yeah, but the talent level in Korea is higher than protos Europe. Keep in mind some top players didn't participate in this tournament who are zerg. Terrain and Zergs are just stronger civs at the moment. Hats off to Hero he played fantastic
Aww man thoroughly deserved and I love Hero's playstyle but I felt so bad for Bunny. So close to finally having a championship and you could tell he was crushed to lose
That's how it is in competitive games, especially when there is a lot of money and fame on the line. The ones that lose will feel horrible most of the time. On the other hand he should still get a good reward for 2nd place.
in brood war, my vote is for death by the queen's spawn broodling ability. in sc2, basically any marine that got killed by kerrigan, only for her to get a pass because she's raynor's gf.
Great finals. Best in a long time. Sorry for Bunny; he had his chances, but congrats to Hero. Fighting back, never giving up. Could have lost that game 6 a bunch of times, but managed to just outlast and force game 7.
@@maciej.ratajczak My theory is that it's a video artifact. I think a medivac went to heal something in that direction, the video glitched in that area and the encoder carried on the motion and made it look like a ball instead of a beam though. A friend said it was an oracle corpse but I don't see an oracle anywhere near that fight.
@@maciej.ratajczak Actually now that I watch it a few more times, I see that it could be a glitch in the oracle corpse from earlier and then it flew in that direction instead of down.
@@gurratheman949 Yes it's your fault for making the choice to scroll comments before watching the games. It's common knowledge to know the comment section is full of spoilers, it's where people who've watched it go to discuss it.
These announcers are amazing. I get so hyped just listening! Hero not giving up and unleashing his fury definitely made those announcers look good too.
i felt his zealot charge was way to late in game 1 and the greedy dark shrine after he saw that he came back for his natural after scouting the reinforcement from the scout of his stalker cost him to much should have build more gates like 2 but damn nice game who am i to judge cant get past diamond in 1v1 XD

What an awesome finals was their for games 2 and 3 was amazing to watch live and getting home to see how it finished I love ZG and the energy she brings ❤️
I honestly don't understand Hero's WEIRD refusal to research weapon/armor upgrades. He 100% lost game 3 because of lack of upgrades. Bunny was all in but he had 1/1 and Hero didn't even START his upgrades in the game. Then the same thing in Game 4. Bunny has his +1 weapons finished and just grinds Hero down over over 5 minutes as he just bleeds out with unupgraded stalkers and zealots against upgraded Marine/Marauder. +1 weapons for Marines is a 20% increase in damage against Zealot HP if there is no armor upgrade. That's why he's just chewing through them so fast in both fights. If Hero just had 1/1 I 100% think he would have won game 3 and would have had a good shot at game 4. I mean Hero still won, but he should have won 4-1.
Bunny had no answer to properly microed blink stalkers. He wasted lots on widow mines. Disrupters just took him out. He should've gone for more liberators instead.

Crazy how people and even blizzard can't figure out how Protoss is actually the WORST race of the game at EVERY LEVEL, and that's sad because i personally find it the funniest to play, but its just way easier to play terran and perhaps even zerg. Every unit needs massive macro and every win is so hard earned, terran is such a ''F2, A-move and stim'' race, obviously i'm talking about low leagues such as gold, platinum ecc... but you can see it even here where every protoss struggle again this basic harassment and can't literally do nothing

Nothing personal, but can we please have at least finals cast by someone but ZG? It always ruins the experience. Either she's screaming about stuff that is literally visible on the screen, like streaming for radio listeners; so dull. Or she's talking about something that might happen, rarely succeeding in her projections. And above all, while I appreciate her ability to speak fast, the way she swallows half the words, feels nauseaus like spining in a dryer.
