It's vario, what did you expect, ? You pay a fortune for poor quality control, I've seen customers recieve 1/4 scale lama where the frames have been put together bent.. Good luck getting Kristin to change, with Vario it's everybody else's fault or it's "well no one else has that problem" Hope u get it sorted. As its a lot of money
