Scale Model RC Car Wash MAXX 5 Progress, brush assembly, wash installation, tri foam and wash testing. New dryers are being added too. All videos are delayed because of my work schedule.
I really appreciate that!! Great seeing you again too! And yes, I’m trying to push out more videos. I’m weeks behind on all my projects but trying to get them finished. Thank you again lol for the compliment
@@wildtraingamer3146 I don’t know what happened to my old D & S Odyssey video that I made with the blue brushes but I am considering making an upgraded version of it. It would be under D & S Odyssey remake. Also the QuickSilver or 5000 would be a remake as well.
That’s still in the works for the near future. I’m working on getting to the point where I can make these to sell. There’s still some technicalities that I have to work through.
Absolutely!! If I find cylinders that are small enough, then I could use them for the arms since I’m already using pneumatic cylinders for the dryer nozzle oscillation.
@@carwashreviewsandmore7609 I definitely appreciate the suggestion! I haven’t used the Lego ones because the air pressure is stronger when the arms retract. I’ve read some reviews where the ends of the Lego cylinders break off due to air pressure. It’s something I am looking into though.
I’m still working on building ones that I can sell as we speak. It’s taking a while because of the availability of materials and resources to put these together but I’m trying to push through that. I had a lot of delays in research and development because of my day job schedule. Lots of 16 hour work days. But I’m working on it 😁
@@jrwash1962 so would it be the cloth or the rubbery ones? By the way, I would love to see a video of how you actually make brushes, because I’m probably thinking about potentially having something similar to what you’re making, as I’ve tried commercially made ones and they don’t seem to either holder or it seems like they just are constantly unbalanced.
@@AdamsCarWashVids They are stretchy non latex one. They have some texture similar to cloth but I love how they mimic the characteristics of the foam brushes when spinning. In the beginning of the video, you can partially see how I make the brushes. I could not find the short video I made of the first steps of cutting all of them. But all the brushes are folded then stapled to the core.
@@jrwash1962 yeah it really does look realistic, I’m gonna try have to find some here in Australia, where did you get yours? And what did you use for the core?
