Is the the trail finder 2 lwb? I’m trying to make a similar build I stuck between getting a trail finder 2 and tamiya highlight but prefer the tf2 for realism and performance
@@jacobcvpi8279 thank you, I can be done so much faster but I work alot and have several 1:1 projects so it takes me alot longer than most in this hobby
Hey bro, I love your trucks man awesome job. I know it's really old video but can you go into more detail on how you got the 2nd half of the truck to fit so well.
Thank you, so the front cab you will cut down the rear door jam, the rear cab you will cut right where the door window starts to dip down at the top, I used styrene on the back side of the joints for reinforcement, the roof line is the hardest part to get right
Hey this is really cool to have all three techniques in one room. I'm rather new and I'm looking for a new way to mount body besides body clips. All your rigs look incredible. I subbed so I can see more thx brotherman.✌
I get most of my parts from ebay, but the brand name is rc4wd, the chassis is a rc4wd trail finder 2 that i cut and extended 3", the body is one of the only things not rc4wd, its a tamiya f350
great video Shane. If you were to make the same type or mount that you have the Velcro, but used strong earth magnets from like Home Depot or Lowes. Glue one to the mount and one to the body. Strong as hell. Ill give you a guess who showed me that one.
