I made 1200 bucks this month (i catched 1 big whale for my model). So i'm really excited. I analyzed this niche in my country and noticed only few agencies with very poor websites. So i made my own website and will outrank my competitors easily in couple of months. When i hit 1 spot i will start getting models by organic search. My work pattern will be much simpler than your agency's, at least at the beginning. The models themselves will find me through my website. Their job will be to provide me only with photos. They will manage their OF and I will build their profiles on reddit, twitter and other platforms. I will control social media and the flow of clients. The models will control their OF accounts and write with clients. I will charge 40% of their earnings for this. I think myself alone will be able to promote 6-8 models at the same time. Do you think this is a good schema of work for an agency to start with? If I can earn 40k/month I will be very happy. I don't even dream of 400k but who knows, maybe one day.
