Scallion Oil Noodles 

Sauce for the scallion oil:
50g light soy sauce
10g dark soy sauce
a pinch of salt and sugar, some water
Put the sauce into the scallion oil, with little heat, stir slowly for about one minute.
The amount of the sauce can serve 4 portions of noodles.
