When I make fish tacos I like to use the flour/corn tortillas. Try them i think you will be very pleased 😋🤗🤭

Kelly!!!! Just a little tip. Please don’t sauté scallops like that. Just put them in, let them sear, don’t move them around and you’ll get the crust your talking about

I've asked you this question before, but you still haven't answered it. Do you guys when you're on a dive ever come across any stonefish? Just wondering because I know that they are like one of the most deadliest creatures in the world for their poison. Just wondering what you do in case you come into a close call? It's good that you're going to the Bahamas, because it looks to me like Helene is going to miss that side. I was afraid when you said it at first, that you're crazy, but then I realized the path of it when it was on the news last. This was a great video that my wife and I just watched, especially funny when the scallop shell was opening and closing on Zack. this video was also extremely helpful to me because I never knew how they cleaned scallops. I appreciate all that you do for us Kelly all the time! A tip for scalloping is to not just grab the scallop you see. If it’s shallow enough I put my hand down on the scallop and carefully look around the scallop you have found. They’re often clustered together and by stopping and looking carefully you find three or four more that you might have missed under some grass. Even if I have to drive I still try to do this holding my breath.

Aloha. Don’t know if they’re available where you are, but they make flour/corn tortillas now. Corn texture, flour flexibility. Maybe Publix? We get them at Safeway in Northern California.

Those are what we call "bay scallops" here in New England. I prefer the jumbo Deep Sea colossal ones, but any Scallop is delish......

Obviously you can’t measure a fish when underwater! What do you do when you accidentally spear an illegal fish? It has to happen sometimes. What do you do! ________\Waiting!

This appears just in time for a hurricane to appear where you are. I hope you have or are in the process of leaving the area. I like shrimp, scallops, and mussels. All three are quite healthy to eat. We live in mid America to getting fresh seafood requires some driving, however, there is a local China buffet that also serves shrimp and mussels, from frozen I assume. Being a senior who needs more omega 3s and the least bread and sugar, I go once a week, and buy frozen scallops and fix at home. if I ever do a taco, it is heavily Mexican, never seafood as I eat lots of it straight off the plate with horse radish coattail sauce.

When you spear one that’s idk 1 inch or even 1/2 inch to small, it has a spear through it now though. What are you supposed to do with it? I get that you’re supposed to “be sure” before you shoot but…

Bay scallops in size , not real big sea scallops !!! But both are delicious with butter and garlic !!! YUM

Man the fish and scallops look so good! A few videos ago when Zach made the tostones I was drooling for them. A couple weeks ago we went to a local Cuban restaurant and to my surprise they had tostones. We of course had them and they were delicious!
