After doing some research and looking at reviews and stuff i can 100% say that mine are fake and not real editions. Im mad has shit 😡. Sorry for the way i talk in the video 😅
These fake ones are also being sold on Amazon as well be careful when buying from them too! I got seasons 4 and 5 off Amazon and when they came in the mail they were the same as these you have in the video!
I used to have all the Dragon Ball blue bricks, the DBZ orange bricks, and the DBGT green bricks. Unfortunately, they were stolen and I’m trying to replace them. And these ones here, even if they were legit copies, just don’t match the others cause of their size. Plus, they had booklets with them as well which made it more a matching set, but I can’t find the original DB blue bricks.
I know this comment was made 1 year ago, but just an FYI, might I recommend keeping an eye out on the Funimation Store which is now the Crunchyroll store? They have the legit copies of Dragon Ball in stock 95% of the time. Right now they have Season 3, 4 and 5 and it looks like seasons 1 and 2 are out of stock but from past experience, they'll be back in stock.
@@Drago1995 thats good at least. thanks for getting back. im considering getting these because the price of the official ones would be around 3x as much and im just not sure if the difference is marginal enough to warrant that.
@@Drago1995 yeah, i complete my dragon ball z kai DVD collection, and i need to find dragon ball season 1 to 5 DVDs, at least some decent bootleg that look similar to the original, i don't like your slim dvd blu bricks, i want those big box season box sets, but i don't how to find them

I’ve been trying to get these sets, but the ones in amazon are bootlegs and FYE only has seasons 3 and 5 for 35 dollars each. However, to me, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super, and Dragon Ball GT are easy to collect on dvd and Blu-ray since my local Walmart has all three complete series.
I spent nearly $200 on eBay on several series. I don’t watch stuff right away but when I went to watch one of them the discs would all very easily crack. Did research and found out I ordered fakes. I was mad. I always make sure I order directly from Amazon, Walmart, Target
I Just got mine in the mail today and I knew they were fake but I'm poor and this is the cheapest way to get all of dragonball and I gotta say.....I love em
I received these from mercari and i figured they were fakes since they didnt match the picture, and the discs for season 5 have the image for piccolo rather than goku, however ive watched them all and they play flawlessly, and for fakes, they are nice quality, both the cases and slipcovers as well as the discs. Im not mad at it but i wish they were the real ones.
man, just now learning my discs are bootlegs. i am really disappointed, but at the same time really surprised. for bootlegs, these discs played quite well on my pc. but yeah, learning they're not the real thing just feels so sad.
I got them too, they are really well made for bootlegs and the video quality is pretty good, I guess it's the best next thing because at this point the originals are very expensive
neither do i, the French ones has less cropping but the image is smaller it's a square if you watch it on your computer. don't get ripped off like i did though be careful
I ordered the DragonBall blue bricks a long time ago on Amazon, but i never opened them. Only recently starting hearing things about fake DragonBall boxes, so i starting to get a little nervous about the ones i bought. After looking at them and comparing, mine are real, thankfully.
@@Drago1995 u just put my copy in the mail today and great quality picture but yeah I get the bootleg thing but at the same time these days you never know so I guess Im just glad it works like it's supposed to
That is the biggest pile of bs iv ever heard because eBay is not a scam and if you are getting scammed over and over again then that's your fault, so don't blame the site just because you don't know how to use eBay correctly and do research and checking the sellers feedback but bottom line you won't get scammed as long as you know what you are doing and know how to spot and avoid the d-bags on eBay you noob. 😂😂😂
I like eBay, and I can find things I can't on Amazon. It's like an online FleeMarker. A lot of things are bootlegs, fakes, and real. But you can't beat the price !!! Also, the return policy is not bad.
