I just got a call from a spoofed number from a town of about 100 ppl across the state from me. I answered and a guy with a heavy Indian accent calling from a very loud call center immediately stated, "this is Officer Mark Wilson. Please verify your first & last name". I laughed out loud & said, "Sorry it don't work that way. You tell me who you think your calling or who it is your trying to reach". He said nothing. I was working so I told him I didn't have time to mess with him but wished I did bc I knew what he was a scammer and hung up.
