In Commonwealth countries, a "stamp fee" isn't a postal stamp but a fee by a government dept to certify an official document. Usually a real estate deal. To "stamp it". Sort of like a notary.

I think he was a little shook up when you said the FBI was asking about the account. You should tell him they have you wired up and they are doing a satellite trace on the phone call. Then try to give him the reference numbers. Keep calling his number.That call was a classic !!

One of these days you need to keep the scammer on the line as you walk to Walmart/wherever and get robbed of your "transfer" money while he on the line... beg and plead to the robber not to steal your (insert transfer amount here)... get shot, then plead to your scammer to call 911 on your behalf since he knows your location.
