Brother should open the Wi-Fi ability for scan n cut 2 sense the machine loses the ability to read from usb. I’ve tried numerous flash/usb cables spoke with brother with no acceptable result. They closed ticket without resolve. My machine is in like new working condition other than the cannot read usb and flash. I’m in the USA. My machine is Wi-Fi capable. I didn’t have the need to use it until we moved (no major provider here) code card was lost during our move. Their machine should not lose ability to communicate via cable or flash. When they do brother should provide Wi-Fi ability. I bought my cm350 new in mid to late 2019. Cable and flash worked then as well when we moved then they didn’t, after a few efforts brother helped resolve, then again cable and flash communication failed again. Then several hours back n forth with brother support phone got disconnected without resolution but brother closed ticket I responded via 2-3 emails stating wasn’t resolved. No response months have gone by. Brother offers good machines etc; BUT they pull the rug from under perfectly good machines. I considered buying another Wi-Fi card envelope though I shouldn’t have too. None to be found. I know they will not fix my issue, wish they would. People are not made of money.

This is what is missing from what Brother put out there. I really wanted my Scan N Cut to work with Artspira, but I tried setting it up when the app was new. It would not accept the account information from my existing account. I was able to set it up and make it work with a new account, but that isn’t really acceptable because I have purchased designs and other features for my existing account. I don’t know if this is fixed yet?

John, can you tell us about the subscription of £9.99 a month for Artspira 2. Had an email this morning but not sure if to go ahead. Thank you

very helpful. do you know if Disney designs can be transferred from canvas workspace to Artspira app. Also was there another update in June 2023
