300 g yoghurt 1.5% fat (1⅓ cups)
170 g sugar (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
40 g fresh yeast (1½ oz)
60 ml vegetable oil (¼ cup)
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons sour cream 30%
800 g all-purpose flour (6⅔ cups)
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
For the filling:
150 g blueberries (¾ cup)
150 g raspberries (1 cup)
100 g sugar (½ cup)
For painting:
1 egg
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 25 minutes on top/bottom heat
