It’s common sense all of this shit, it doesn’t matter whether you’re a fucking prison guard or you’re a fucking top notch gang member it all goes back to the same ethics, the same code, and from my experience that means my walk of things in life, it all goes back to you if you had good parents, teaching you, these moral ethics, the ones that have had good upbringing’s, it will come easy to them without asking multiple times, or being shown more than once how to do a simple task

Hey Hector I've been thinking about the work schedules at the prisons, did you guys ever worked shift work (rotating shifts) , that way everyone has a 4 day weekend every month, here's how it works , you work 7 gravies starting on Friday , you get the following weekend off , start 2nd shift on Tuesday work for 7 days , get Tuesday and Wednesday off , then start 1st shift on Thursday work for 6 days , get Wednesday and Thursday off, and start gravy on Friday night, have ever worked this way, ?

charges of insubordination are a fecking joke, butt hurt administrators who stepped on heads to get to where they are, with their wife swapped, OT wives (who get off on being in power with their meager skillset) can't take the truth so they level accusations of "insubordination" or "unprofessionalism". I tried that "professionalism" on an inmate and he was like "what the fuck is wrong with you?!"
