Scar House and Angram Reservoirs were built in the early 20th century to provide drinking water for the massively expanding Bradford. Scar Village was built for the workers, and was home to over 2000 people, but was abandoned when construction completed.

Bollox - I was gonna go up there last month but I went to Coldstones Cut instead. I think that was a lot more interesting. I sat and followed the whole flight with my OS maps checking out everything. Brilliant.

LOL, that merman's you have to go back across the M6 for a revisit. This was done in March, so I suspect the landscape looks much greener now... ...so if you do get back over that way, I'd love to see the video 👍
