6:36. Looked like Scar king tried to order Shimo to freeze Kong one last time but she realized that without the crystal, Scar king had no hold over her and she froze him instead.

Shimo tried to disobey Scar even at first when he ordered her to attack Kong, but the crystal was too much. As soon as she realized she was free she did what she probably wanted to forever. I felt so bad for poor Shimo. She was tortured for so long.
