I walked from Scarborough Castle to Whitby Abbey in a day , did 24.10 miles in just under 9 hours of walking on 17/6/2024 in memory of my beloved cat Mr Jingles , took some doing in places but the pure emotion when I did it was crazy , just wasn’t sure if I could do it in a day as they say it takes 2 days really but even though I’d been practicing a lot in walking as I do walk quite a bit in my work but the views are amazing to see and it’s definitely worth doing and theres places to see on the way like the old WW2 buildings and then the Lighthouse and Robins Hood Bay and if you get the chance even if you only do parts of it , but try and pick a dry day as some of the parts are quite steep in places but 100% worth doing it ❤️
