This is exactly how my trainer had taught me! Start with 3 steps, walk, 3 steps, walk. It is so helpful. ♥️♥️ I love your videos!

This is exactly what I did when I was afraid to trot. Counting helped so much! It’s like a small goal and once you achieve that higher number it feels so great!

This is so helpful! I find myself clenching the saddle with my legs and not moving naturally with the horse. I've had a few bad falls lately and have lost all confidence. Any suggestions on how to relieve this tension I carry in my seat?

it keeps to be a good exercice even when you overcome your fear to ride , it helps to keep the mind of your horse with you

This is amazing! I’m new to riding and the trot is where I kept coming undone. I had a bad fall almost a year ago and haven’t ridden since mostly due to lengthy rehab and partly because I’m procrastinating 😂 having fear is horrible but you’re so rights, it’s the what if’s that stop you. This exercise looks like wonderful reassurance though!
