@@mix_icedcocoffee1534 the cooldown has been nerfed to 150 seconds. the cooldown for the first blink is 60 seconds so if we calculate it, if you use your blink very fast it will be 60 + 150 seconds or around 3.5 minutes. in high tier, ciphers can be finished before 4 minutes or around 3.5 minutes if the survivor manages to kite for 50 seconds. so you can only use 1 blink + 1 teleport or only 2 blinks without teleport. BQ really needs teleport because she only has 1 skill, her mirror. Plus if you think about it, flywheel cooldown is much faster than the blink
