@@Ballhawk99 😂 not trolling, I really believe T.S. is going to be just as impactful as Micha. Thing is, it’s going to depend on the coaching staff to use him effectively.
@@ericphillipssr.4381 I agree I said I think he would be better as a edge he has similar qualities to Micah to me if he stay off ball I think he can be a devin white type of linebacker or Demario Davis like if he develops his whole game
@@ericphillipssr.4381 the fact that “it depends on the coaching staff” is exactly why the 2 players aren’t even comparable. Micah is dominant because of his versatility, regardless of scheme and his elite pass rushing comes from playing D-End in hs. Trenton played safety and just looks like a speedy linebacker with good blitzing ability. I still hope he falls to my giants at pick like 26 I think but he’s definitely not Micah.
This man is nightmarishly fast... qbs tried to scramble and he looked like a anime character who got his final form...the ravens are a perfect fit for him
Love to see Lions take this guy w/ the 18th pick (and Joey Porter Jr. w/ their other 1st rounder). Those two guys could take their defense to that next SB level
@@Jay_90. Actually, I think it's the Steelers who are the ones most likely taking Porter Jr lol. If he drops far enough to still be there at 18. Seems there's gotta be a pretty good chance Rooney will go for keepin it in the family. Plus--Porter Jr. is just way goddamn good, with a game that's gonna translate extremely well to the NFL. And as you surely know, Pittsburg has rarely been in the habit of missing a whole lot when it comes to the draft. They put on a damn clinic of how to evaluate college players way more often than not at the draft. But you say that like you think Porter's a bad pick. But I tell you, the corner bust is gonna be Witherspoon. Porter and Gonzales are gonna be f#¢king STUDS. And I'll very happily take either (with Simpson & Yancey would be extremely nice, although Lions just signed two of the best free agent corners on the market--including your Cam Sutton...sting!🐝--so that definitely changes things a bit. Maybe we'll prioritize LB even more now. Sting again!🦂 But, if it were up to me, I still think we need one of those two top corners. So I guess we'll see. We've been f#¢king murdering the draft last few years w/ Holmes & Campbell at the helm. And your beloved Pittsburg has been drafting as good or better than everyone else for 50+ years (when TF are you guys gonna have a long period where you suck bad as you rebuild for the better part of a decade or so? You are WAY overdue for suffering through alot of that. Steelers just walk in between the raindrops like your above ever having to have a string of down years like everyone else. I can only hope we're setting up like that now that we have the right people in there steering the ship). Anyway, it'll definitely be interesting for both clubs. I think they're both gonna come out of it w/ some really outstanding additions. This draft is f#¢king loaded. Good luck man🤞🏈☘️✨
First time really watching this guy. Holy shit he can do it all. Similar to Parsons. But when I watch guys like this Kyle Van Noy always come to mind. Can be a stud at any linebacker position in any scheme
eh... I don't like the highlights where he is unblocked rushing the QB; it doesn't really say much (But he is fast). I want to see him in coverage more. I want to see him taking on and shedding run blocks. I want to see him diagnosing plays.
Honestly you can see him doing that. And he’s very good at disguising what he will do. You can see him fake like he’s blitzing and dropping into coverage. And he is a SURE tackler for sure
kind of a weak linebacker draft this year. campbell, sanders, simpson & henley (maybe all 2nd round picks) and then it really drops off bad. sanders & simpson don't have a lot of experience but are great athletes. i think campbell is the most complete & surprised everyone with his combine athleticism.
@@shemumble4127 Exactly! They should have traded up to get him. Simpson and Queen are going to be nasty for Baltimore. I don’t know much about the kid we picked up from Tulane. But, I’m not overly concerned about the position. I think McDermott has a plan. Go Bills!
Not enough coverage highlights for a pro stack backer..unless your just gonna play him on early downs..I doubt he would be a bust he's too physical and instinctual but he's gonna get cooked from time to time in coverage. I like Sewell and Sanders better just bcuz they can cover and tackle well.
I like sanders and Henley more, but if this guy actually hits his size and weight listing ( 6’3/240lbs) he would rise way up my rankings. I don’t think he’s anywhere near 240. Looks like he’s 215 at most. I’ll be looking for him at the combine
@@jimchop8235 I don’t think he can be an inside LB in the NFL. He’s good at rushing the passer and eventually will just put on weight and be a situational pass rusher. Had ok tape rushing passer at bama
If he's good @ rushing the passer, the tape shows he tackles well & has great instincts... Coverage may have been @ a minimum, but he held up well in those few clips... Besides knocking balls loose, he was where he was supposed to be...💯💯💯
I didn’t really see him bull rush which I would like to, but he seems to be a good blitzer. However, to be a great nfl player you have to be more than a great blitzer, as you won’t always have an open lane. Hopefully I’m wrong and I’m excited to see what he got for the ravens
I'm don't know why he feel to the 3rd I thought he was going in the 20s for sure all im going to say is i think he going to make alot of teams regret not taking him
Glad Baltimore got him, welcome to the flock you and Queen will have a fun time in the middle these two will be electric to watch wanted to welcome him
Mr Simpson. Make Sure all your highlight films the last name they hear is Trenton Simpson Because this particular video the last name I hair is a total another name... Just a little scout advice
I would not mind my Dallas Cowboys Draft Trenton Simpson him and Micah Parsons Leighton Vander Esh Damone Clark we definitely need more linebacker help depth a concern
This guy's draft stock seems to have fallen lately. He seems to be more of an off the ball LB. He excels rushing the passer and playing close to the LOS. There will be some team that will find a use for him.
I *WANT* my *Raiders* to draft him in the first round to complement *#52DenzelPerryman**!* Instead of using undersized Linebackers and former Safeties at that position!
