I’m new to Pokémon and want to start collecting, but if I want to go with the Pokémon centre edition how do I know I get the right one? Do I just judge by how the box look?
Ez. From early PC ETBs the box is the same but it has sleeves and cards. If you want collect the box cover then get the cheaper box and buy the parts of the other separately. Recently PC ETBs got a massive buff. Metal Coins than just a Coin now. Edgy Dividers that look badass. Also some PC ETBs have different sleeves which may or may not be better than the original. Lost Origin original sleeves are better cause the PC version is just red while the other is black and gold which matches the deadly shadowyness of Giratina. Arceus too with White and Gold and the inward sleeves of both original Lost Origin and Brilliant Stars is Gold while the other may not. I know PC ETB for Arceus has silver inard sleeves than gold.
I really like both ETBs but both are similar expensive. I do like the Pokémon Center ETB and that it has two promo cards and two extra booster packs. For the Crown Zenith, I got two regular ETBs and two Plus ETBs. But for this set I have trouble deciding which set should I get.
