JP Wu Kinda hope, in Avengers IF part 2, that it will show us those who disintegrated in a different universe sort of thing, a place where those who have died go. Maybe there could be a scene where Black Panther, Sam, Wanda and Bucky are talking on how to find a way out, and then Pietro just appears out of nowhere. Bit of a tearful reunion for the twins if you ask me. I doubt Vision would be there, since he’s powered by the stone rather than a heart or whatever aliens have, but you never know.
@@crimsonkatharine6857 i kinda want the supposedly *dead* heroes to have there own adventure in the movie for example first they have to group up and you know how 50% of all life well that could also mean villains and evil aliens so they basicaly group up and fight them while the alive heroes try to help them
The scarlet witch IS wanda though. The ‘scarlet witch’ was a prophecy and a nexus being which wanda became due to absorbing agatha’s power and mastering her own hence how agatha calls her the ‘scarlet witch’ in westview pre darkhold. She was then corrupted by the dark hold afterwards. We can see it’s wanda since she gets incredibly emotional over her children and loss, an alternative entity wouldn’t experience that
I remember how tense this scene was. We've had just seen Thor defeated, Hulk defeated, half of Asgard dead, Loki dead... And it really looked like that was it for Wanda and Vision. And that's why Cap's entrance worked so well. Because the danger was really real. And just as Wanda and Vision looked reliefed to see help coming, we also felt the same way.
But just to think that this is only a couple of months for her since she’s been blipped for 5 years and Wandavision taking place only 3 weeks after Endgame and then Dr Strange 2 taking place a few months later Wanda never really catches a break after this point
@@HanA-cw9tx yea, scarlet witch did and i never doubted her but widow is over rated and when it came down to it was getting whooped by proxima in the final
0:56 "give us the stone, and she lives." it's absolutely adorable how protective vision suddenly gets, but lol. as if they could kill the scarlet witch.
In this scene, moments before Caps entrance, Wanda got serious and was more focused, so I guess she could've taken them down even without the help of others.
Just love that both Vision and Wanda are significantly more powerful than Cap, yet he commands so much respect that they’re so beyond relieved he’s there to rescue them
Hes the most experienced of them all... hes also their leadership. An army without its leader is directionless.. this is why officers were shot first in wars. hes friggin Captain America.. I dont think hes weaker then they are just more grounded and basic. His quality in everything he does overshadows all of them...
They know Cap will put everything on the line and has one of the of the best tactical minds with battle experience since the Second World War. The Black Order was lucky to get away.
@@jonathanrobles9422 nah it was Vis man 1:47 right after they got blasted mid air he hugged her and protected her with his body while they were plummeting
People were wondering how Wanda was able to take punches from America Chavez and that missile that hit her in the beginning of MoM, but this scene clearly shows she's able to create personal forcefields. She and Vision survived that fall without any injuries because of it.
Scarlet Witch tanking punches from America Chavez really looks more like sheer physical durability In Infinity War, she took a direct sword strike from Proxima with only a minor-ish cut (Proxima evenly matched Captain America in strength), as well as energy blasts from her spear, without any red forcefields. Wanda's just more durable than people think
@@charlesdixon552Imagine if Vision regains his humanity on the Vision Quest show and decides to get Wanda back, but when he finds her, she’s already moved on with Wonder Man. 😢 I wouldn’t put it past Marvel for throwing yet another obstacle between Vision and Wanda.
Was it Nat or Cap? or both? A mystery we may never know. Oh wait, in Civil War Cap says "Just like we trained" in the opening battle at the CID/CDC building.
@@surfersilver6610 At the end of Ultron, Cap and Nat are talking about new recruits and she says, "We'll whip them into shape." They both trained them.
love how natasha doesnt care who you are.. she is human with no special powers and she willingly goes against aliens and the super powered every single time
Umm Wanda was as strong in endgame as she was here. Only difference is that she was holding back significantly here as she had to not wreck everything around her as she's an internationally wanted fugitive here, but during the battle for wakanda? Imagine if she actually fought Thanos with everyone else.
I keep coming back to scene over and over again. When all the hopes are gone for Wanda and Vision, then Captain, Falcon and Black Widow appear out of nowhere. Just a simple enter scene, but sending a really powerful message here. Captain is the real definition of hope!
@@helenamcclain2614 yes her body is resistant to aging, deseasss & heals faster than regular human but psychologically she's trained to the point that her mind is almost invincible
Cap's absence is really hard to fill When he appears, automatically gives everyone security bcuz the others know he will lead them and they all can trust him bcuz he has no selfish intentions, he is there to help everyone and do what is right We see in Doctor Strange 2 that clearly there is no leader in the group, bcuz of that they're doing whatever they want, there is no any authority image and everything kinda feels empty
This is so powerful and brings tears to my eyes years later….wanda was prepared and ready to die fighting and then the whole squad shows up to say “you aren’t alone”…..god I want a purpose like that….just to be a hero for one day man
The reality of this scene is Cap's team didn't really save Wanda and Vision, they saved Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive. Wanda was about to wreck some shit.
Pretty sure she wasn't as capable as what she is now back in Infinity War, she hasn't discovered her full potential yet, and she haven't lost Vision yet until the end of IW. What she pulled off in Endgame was because she was really mad at Thanos and the Black Order. I can't imagine how powerful she will be in the next Doctor Strange movie. Edit: I got replies below this saying that I'm wrong, I guess my theory is wrong then lol. But I still think (my opinion) she was stronger in endgame, ya know, the glowy eyes, her rage, those things.
@@strider029 That is not true. 1. She was snapped. So for her timeline, the WandaVision we see now is only 3 weeks apart. 2. The Wanda you see in the video, the very next day i.e in less than 24 hour's did the following. a. Took downs a significant portion of Thanos Army. b. Actualy killed Proxima Midnight c. Destroyed one infinity stone in one hand while holding off Thanos with the other 5 stones on the other hand. d. Was snapped and came back, so no time had passed for her. e. Took on Thanos one on one. Almost killed him and made him rain fire on his own army. So yeah...
She is a skilled fighter .She also got the help of captain America and falcon . But think about Wanda ,she even don't know to fight Then also she overpowered both childrens of the thanos in the fight and saved vision
@Yūgen Phoenix I started doing that as when I saw her in Iron man the first time. Idk abour scarletts but Natashas is Judo, jiu jitsu, karate and filipino and vietnamese martials arts and I am so invested I just wanna learn as fast as possible thank you for the advice tho👏🏻❤️
Neither before nor after this scene has Vision ever fought with as much brutal ferocity as he does when Corvus threatens Wanda’s life. He’s like “nobody threatens my girl!” Meanwhile Wanda is tossing Corvus and Proxima aside like rag dolls saying “nobody threatens my man!” COUPLE. GOALS.
@@Xavier_9872 I thought continuing to fight after that injury is fairly impressive. We've not idea what damage has been done, so it's hard to judge fairly. It's safe to assume he gave his utmost, so the damage must've been pretty severe.
@@Xavier_9872 Who knows? Nobody mentions it. Point is he has no reason to half arse it. Doesn't make sense. I think it's fair to assume he's doing his best and people don't credit the Black Order enough.
crazy to believe that Rogers and Nat managed to defeat 2 members of the black order without much difficulty. now that's what I call a very well-trained Super Soldier and Black Widow
@@desegregated_ nah, Cap and Nat was the best when it comes to fighting together. During Winter Soldier, Civil War and Infinity War they understand what they'll do next.

MrRobin1108xxx dude you’re taking it out of proportion he wasn’t insulting scarlet witch or vision, he was saying that he liked the aspect that the non super powered hero’s can still save people with super powers and not just the vice versa. Settle down there.
@@learningtho582 I think it’s more or less how strong she has become that makes this scene look like child’s play. Dr Strange 2 makes her nearly invincible and would’ve single handedly taken out the black order in this scene.
Wanda was more than capable of beating them, she's kicks Thano's ass maybe a day after this (for her), but that was fueled by cold-blooded rage and fury towards him. She was caught off guard and trying to protect vision above all else
Wanda has such a great character development; I love how she isn’t at her full potential here but shes instinctively using her powers to get her and vision out of there.
Wanda could beat both Corvus and Proxima at the same time, but she was just focused on protecting Vision instead on fighting. The same with Vision, he was wounded/damaged only beceause of this sneaky attack from Corvus. Similar situation with Corvus easily beaten by Widow. It was also a matter of surprised and sneaky attack. No one here was too weak or to strong it was just a matter of battle tactics. :)
bill bixby No he is not, but your arguments against Scarlet Witch are. You disagree she could beat Proxima and Corvus beceause Thanos punched her? Seriously man?
That's the line i hated the most. Why don't they want to kill? Like if they were foot soldiers, there won't even be a talking scene : S They could've made the black order fight their way out. Instead the made the power level completely reversed.... humans > aliens > power-stone-spawned. like wtf : ((((((
I like how they kept the scene realistic to the anxiety/panic Wanda would be feeling and how she would respond. When she picks up Vision and flies off the first time (0.21 sec in), she accidentally hits him against a stone building. She's more confident in her powers, but like anyone in a stressful situation she is shaken up, and I like how they showed that.
The attempts at matterofacting in these comments lack insight. OP has assumed the impression that Feige et al was going for. The same way the fight in the Budapeşt apartment plays out in BW.
People act like vision was usless in Infinity War. The man was ambushed, hunted for his stone for half the movie, and attacked with weapons that SPECIFICALLY counter his abilities. And ywt he still fought his best. I wish Marvel fans would cut him amd hulk some slack.
jacob pacheco i Can see with vision but hulk. Hulk was useless but ik its because He was scared that the earth was gonna hate him Again or something like that. But still they nerfed hulk af in Thor Ragnarok and infinty war ik it wouldnt change anyway since thanos is pretty much the most powerful being in the movies even stronger then hela and dormammu surtur Said by the creators. But still the only movies where you acatlly Saw the hulk as the strongest avenger was in age off ultron and avengers 2012
I like to imagine how does this fight would have been if Wanda was already the Scarlet Witch like she is now, I´d love to see more hand to hand fight scenes with her
People don’t understand that Wanda wasn’t trying to fight, she was simply trying to evade Corvus And Proxima. She constantly keeps trying to get vision away from them and protect him and the stone, but they keep following her. I think we would’ve saw a different dynamic to her fighting style when she was ready to confront them in the train station. Wanda truly wanted to simply protect vision but she couldn’t get away.
I agree. And this theory is proven later in the movie when the whole war in Wakanda. Proxima and Corvs waited for Wanda to leave vision unprotected because they knew on a 1 vs 1 situation they would lose.
After seeing her in Endgame I have to say that this fight would have ended very poorly for the Black Order if Corvus and Proxima had gotten the stone (and thus killed Vision). The pure anger and rage that fueled her in Endgame was exactly what people have been waiting to see this whole time and it was stunning.
“Give up the stone, and she lives” LMAO she could’ve literally obliterated both of them alone. If it weren’t for having to care for Vision, she would’ve easily won this fight with good tactics.
@@adambump5297 Arguably, yes. Her biggest and most awesome/terrifying feats in the comics were when Wanda was emotional/mentally triggered. Grief and rage literally powers her up and allows her to do things like destroying realities.
Great scene. Really got the comic book feel of flight and limitless power and supernatural violence. And when so many Avengers have fallen to Thanos, Caps return with the avengers theme, was thrilling. The sense that you don't want to mess with him! A super soldier built for combat. Even the Aliens appear nervous!
I just love this scene. This is definitely one of the most interesting ways to use telekinesis. Idk if anyone has ever had a telekinetic fight “hand-to-hand” and then she catches vision in mid-air more than once. Scarlet Witch is definitely one of the toughest and most powerful avengers and I honestly kinda wanted to see how it played out if she would’ve kept going. I’m not sure how she was feeling, but she looked like she was ready for another few minutes at least. Although, the entrance of Cap and Black Widow probably couldn’t have been better. This is my favorite scene in the movie and Scarlet Witch easily earned her place for my top three favorite avengers. I’d say her, strange, and Rocket are tied for my favorites. I’ve watched this scene like 100 times. Easily my favorite. Thanks for letting me rant lol.
Trying to be the most unbiased here, but Scarlet would have died. She's going up against two members of the Black Order, while trying to save Vision at the same time. Also a better match would be Scarlet vs Ebony Maw, two telekinesis users. I think, at this stage and in the movie universe, Ebony Maw would have won but it's because the movie nerf Scarlet a whole lot versus the comics.
Andrew N oh, I’m not saying she would’ve won, but she would’ve killed either Corvus or Proxima before it was all over. I just would’ve liked to see more of a choreographed fight between them just to see how they would’ve played it out. I can’t really speak for Maw. I think he has far more experience than Scarlet Witch does. I think Scarlet would give him a good fight, however. Perhaps, because he uses magic to telekinetically move objects and her’s was unlocked by an outside source, their powers appear different. Or maybe his species has like a natural telekinetic ability? Idk just a thought.
Scarlet Witch is obviously the most powerful out of all of them, because she controls probability, telekinesis, and Is even strong enough to hold off Thanos while destroying an infinity stone(the two most powerful things in marvel history)... now I can agree that doctor strange would be better than her, because she is still learning to use her abilities, but when she has fully mastered her powers, she will be the most powerful supe in the MCU. PLUS rocket is like iron man(as a raccoon) because he is only smart, knows devices, and good with weapons. This does not make him powerful as it makes him useful or reliable.
nikkimoore2009 I didn’t say any of them were powerful. Just my personal favorites. I’d agree that she has potential to become the most powerful, but they aren’t gonna let that happen. Marvel has a good reason for nerfing all of their heroes a bit. DC should take notes.
I think it's a fair move, as well, which is important. Cap and Black Widow saw the spear pierce Vision, so get it into Black Widow's hands and she can fuck up Loki or Thanos.
@@tromondmathis3439 Even tho I love Wanda, I would say that Captain would win. She's not only powerful, but strong, while Wanda is just powerful, she still has the strenght of a normal person.
