Right? His Naked Gun movies, and the short lived Police Squad, Spy Hard, Repossessed, Wrongfully Accused are what I remember him for But watch some clips from his earlier work in the 60s and 70s... Evidently he was an accomplished "serious" actor too. Not unlike Robin Williams.
A fight like this going on in the White House is going to rake in so much viewers on the evening news. He ain't gonna miss out on that opportunity for a major promotion!
Good eye. The funny thing about this slapstick movie is there's A LOT happening in the background while the viewer is focused on what's happening in the forefront and that only adds to rewatchability.
He had his boys back, good or bad he protected and supported the man he vowed to. That secret service agent is more devoted than most folks husband/wives are to their SO these days.
@The South, I used to associate guns with killing. Now I do not, because butthurt people cannot handle reality. It seems that we truly get one another.
J.G Productions My family and I saw nothing wrong with it, in fact it caught most of us off guard which made it even funnier. The whole scene was hilarious in fact. A late reply but one I thought I'd make. (Yes were Native, a tribe from Arizona.)
@@lorelyle no, is because the most recent parody movies are an insult to people's intelligence These older ones were able to be creative, rather than relying on dumb characters being dumb, like Adam Sandler's movies.
That's a callback to a joke about Harrison Ford playing the President in Air Force One, and he said that line to Gary Oldmans character "get off my plane" lol
"Good GOD! The small ones have metal TEETH" "You hideous creature! GET OFF MY PLANET!" (Her facial expression lmao) Those will forever be the funniest parts 🤣🤣
Part 9 of 11. Love this scene. The part where that guy blows up the Mother Teresa photo frame and the guy in the wheelchair falls backwards always had me in stitches! xD
And then his bodyguard literally punches her to the gut, throws her to the floor, AND then punched her down to the floor again! Hahahaha this scene only gets better with age!
After seeing this movie anytime anyone asked me if I was crazy after doing something stupid I always respond with "like a fox." It usually gets a laugh outta confusion 😂
What I love about the comedy is it perfectly embodies the type of comedy from the 80s and 90s. My favorite movies are ones like Hot Shots, Airplane!, and anything from Mel Brooks.
