It happens more often than you think, mostly its a black Figure following you to make sure you arent doing anything "Bad" and if you look at it it goes away, So dont be scared when you see it hope this helps :D
the brookhaven one happened to me before, the server was just lagging because it was updating and people were randomly getting kicked. this was because the game was experiencing issues updating and the servers were back to normal after i rejoined.
Okay I have an theory about those figures on Da hood. What I think is it does the same thing as in Royal High private servers. Which they will add npc's that stalk the player to check malicious activity like hacking. So in Da Hood. They might have also placed an npc that stalks to check the player if they are hacking.
Kreek, let me explain the chat glitch, as I’ve seen it before. There’s a chance when servers are acting up like the Brookhaven server, it can mess with the chat. Sometimes it’s a text/font error which is common, causing chat to be out as random symbols, fonts, or not existing. It’s more common than you’d think.
So the thing I’m going to put the timestamp here 3:00 this actually happens to a lot of mobile players that load in the game because it hasn’t loaded the full thing yet and you see it in different colours so just to let you know this is not real. It happens to me often all the time don’t get worried about it by the way, it just involves the map because it loads a different colour so it takes its time to colour it in. So then the player can see the colour happens to mobile players mostly often.

"The Puppet" He had a suit and a white mask. his user was close to "ThePuppeteer" If you look him up, he doesn't exist. While looking him up, he was still in the game even though he didn't appear. He asked me "Would you go for (user in the server)?" I said yes, and he told the user to be grateful I said that. I got scared and left. When I joined the server, the game was hacked and red and loud screams were playing. Everyone was acting like it was normal. Do you know him?

i actually know a scary myth: so if you scream "AMONG US" At 3:00 Am as loud as you can, an entity called "your mother" will come to you and hit you with and item called "belt" and send you to a place called "adoption center"
to explain the chat thing (around the 3:36 and before that) since the map lagged the chat probably lagged and/or Roblox chat gave up on the dialog and just decided to break a bit
The one with the map breaking showing bright colors is a pretty normal thing, even you can make it happen. Basically that happens when u press ur home button on mobile. After like 6 seconds of waiting open roblox again and u will still be in the same server since it wasn’t long enough. That’s when I happens, it’s loads like that, same with chat
3:43 This might be a critical issue with the new Roblox translation feature, sometimes when I type something it misses some letters in the end of the sentence I type, so maybe this is just an issue bigger than what I had.

i did remembered something about the ''scary lag in brookhaven'' so its happening because of you deleted fonts on roblox if you deleted fonts on roblox that there are 2 things that can happen in your server; 1;your chat is glitchy with transparental words and numbers 2;your server can happen to have a black wall,neon stript and a glitch looking slide that can have different colours and patterns thats why you should'nt delete fonts on roblox.
What happened with part 4 is that his device was probably old and Roblox used too much storage. It happens to me whenever I try and play on my old tablet. Nothing to be scared of 😊 Edit: same thing with the chat. Old device and does not handle Roblox.

According to my dumb brain, the reason why shadows appear in the hood is because it’s either that you’re laggy and just like glitches happening when the map do spawns and it starts its territory so if you don’t want that to happen yeah just make sure you don’t leave at McDonald’s, that’s just according to my brain
