Why dont people call the police as soon as they know there is someone breaking in to their house? I will never understand why people choose to hide in the house or go outside to confront the intruder!

I dont mind ads throughout the video, especially on the longer ones. I hate it though, when the ads play in the middle of the stories, instead of in between each story.

I absolutely love listening to these while i fall asleep. Although i do have a suggestion. Maybe make each story broken up on the time bar. Sometimes i like to go back if i wanted to relisten to one or didn't hear a story ckearly and its really hard to figure out where one story starts and ends. Other than that these are awesome i love listening every night before bed and while i sleep. Thanks so much for making these videos. ❤❤

If the dude in Story 1 had called the cops right away rather than waiting until the men actually got into the house, he wouldn't have had a story to write in with! In Story 2, the writer says the story is about their friend's mom, who was 16, yet they mention cell phones and Uber. Uber was founded in 2009, so I guess it's technically possible if the friend's mom got pregnant right after the story and the writer is only 13 years old. But it seems highly unlikely.

The crossbow story isn’t believable to me. The second that people are in trouble or about to have a home invasion-their mind immediately goes to “where is the phone, I have to call the police!” If they can’t find their own phone, the next thing to do is think “where is another one so that I can call for help so that help is at least on the way and someone knows that I’m in danger?” THEN you go for a weapon, and it would likely be the closest one like a kitchen knife. Especially a scared teen alone with no parents around. A teen would want to call someone as fast as they could. Also, a kid who had already been traumatized by the first incident wouldn’t be keen to repeat that, especially knowing that police were literally right outside the house. Anyone with a brain would have bolted outside to get help from the professionals if they suspected the intruder was still inside the house. There would be zero need to engage again with the perpetrator. Who would choose that willingly?

I learned to hunt at age 7 with firearms, 10 with .357mag. I taught my kids the same. My kids never have had issues with intruders, only with hiding bodies. We go through alot of shovels.
