The story where the girl was watching a movie that she couldn't remember was named "The Outsiders" with Matt Dillon. Patrick Swayze, Emilio Estevez, Rob Lowe, Ralph Macchio, C. Thomas Howell, Leif Garrett. Tom Cruise, and Dianne Lane. Good movie, makes me want to go watch it again. Matt Dillon was in a movie called "Crash" which is also good. There's nothing like being read to in the evening to fall asleep, thank you Be!

Small story time: I work at a Walmart quite some ways away from my home so I usually have to bus during the colder seasons of the year. So I just got off of work at 11pm heading to my bus stop and see a man standing there and think nothing of it. I’m listening to music with ear buds in as I just wanted to go home and not talk to anyone, but I can barely hear him say something to me. Taking my ear buds out I say “sorry?” He didn’t really say anything mostly muttering to himself so I shrug and put my ear buds back in. A few moments later I hear something hit a sign right behind my head, I turn quickly and tearing my ear buds out asking if he just shot something at me. The man just said “oh now you’ll pay attention to me?” Before just turning away and ignoring me. I was angry and scared but didn’t end up doing anything about it when the bus showed up a few minutes later. I did make sure to keep my body behind the sign until it showed up however.

oh man, I have a blocked nose a lot lately too and my eyes are red from it as well, the eye drops and nasal spray I use are not doing the job any more, I hope you can recover well 🤧

As usual, I enjoyed your story with my morning coffee since newspapers are a thing of the past. I was born on Valparaiso, Indiana, which is very close to Laporte In. As soon as I heard Laporte,I was in, as close to that time I was also 16 and staying in Valpo. So sad that her family had to wait so long for a tiny piece of mind. My condolences

Would love to hear your grandfather's stories. As a retired nurse, one of my greatest joys of the night shifts was having a bit of spare time for some of my elderly patients. They didn't sleep well at night and I had special times for certain patients. I would goin with a cup of tea or decaf. coffee and listen to their stories. One of my patients was an Indian princess from a well known N.E. (cape cod) area. Seeing I have some of that bloodline it gave me immense pleasure to hear her stories and stories of her dad the tribes Chief at one time. Another was a man who owned and worked his own sawmill that cut the wood my ex and I used when we renovated our first home, which was over 120 yrs. old.i so enjoyed hearing about their lives that I kick myself now for not recording them or keeping a journal. I would have loved to pass on their legacies as well as those of other patients. So please invite me to sit into evenings with tales of your grandfather's life. I would do love it. God bless you and your grandad. I did say a prayer for him and you. What a filial grandson. He's so lucky to have had you and vice versa. Please be well .

Think about it, especially if you've stayed in hotels or motels before. Then, you should know the drill. Most, regular places, ONLY HAVE housekeepers or maintenance people on-staff during certain times, USUALLY DURING THE DAY. If for no other reason, because it's much less expensive. Some, what I call "swankier", hence more expensive, hotels, have, usually, a minimal amount of housekeeping or maintenance personnel on staff at all hours, "just in case". EITHER WAY, THEY SHOULD ONLY BE ATTEMPTING TO ENTER YOUR, OR ANY, ROOM DURING THEIR REGULAR WORK HOURS AND, IN AN "OCCUPIED" ROOM, ONLY IF THE OCCUPANT HAS REQUESTED SOMETHING FROM THEM or IF THE HOTEL, ITSELF, HAS LET YOU KNOW THEY WILL BE COMING TO YOUR ROOM. MOST "MAIDS", "MAINTENANCE", ETC., KNOW WHETHER A ROOM IS OCCUPIED OR NOT, USUALLY FOR THEIR PROTECTION OR ADVANTAGE, AS WELL AS YOURS. The movie was The Outsiders, great film. Really good book too, my favorite in grade school. If you liked that book the author wrote another called Rumble Fish that you would probably like, also made into a movie worth watching.

To the person who wrote the story that is living in the new house who's fish died and is experiencing nightmares, knockings and spider infestination, try and find a reputable paranormal investigator. These issues you are having can cost you your health. I would have the house investigated and possibly sell it.

Perhaps some people don't believe in spirts but that doesn't mean they don't exist. That person living in the problem home needs to get help as soon as possible.

I have heard that last story in quite a few videos and every time I hear it, I always keeps questioning to myself, "why do people make dumb choices like this?" giving a stranger a ride is a dumb choice and can quite possibly cost you your life. It was quite obvious that the only thing wrong with the girl OP picked up was that she just wanted a drive, maybe to also rob them or something like that, who knows. I just don't believe she was robbed or attacked. Hopefully OP will realise that she should never give a stranger, I don't care how nice they may seem, a ride. But I did enjoy listening to this.
