I don't remember when the story about the 13 year old babysittinghis younger sister and autistic brother while his parents were on a date night was the best story I've heard in a long time! I actually jerked from the adrenalin/fear from that one. I'm so happy they were alright! Those kids were so loud! But he was so quick thinking! I don't know what I would have done in a situation like that! He was a smart kid! But it looks like if it weren't for his brother reminding him of the bathroom they would have never made it out alive. Proves autism doesn't affect you mentally. How impressive.

My mom worked at Walmart and so much weird shit has happened. One time this guy dressed as Santa went to the store and went up to little kids asking if they were naughty or nice. Many many drug addicts and taken shits on the floors of the bathroom and she’s experienced crazy things. Nothing like story 7 because my mom probably would’ve hit someone in the face lol. We had recently been doing some construction at my home. We ripped off the porch which covered the basement door that led up to the kitchen and were digging it out to make a car port. I had been forced to help, but glad to contribute. After being so tired at around 4:00 from working, I had fallen asleep in my bed, I awoke at 10:34. The only reason I had known this was because I had checked the clock when I had went downstairs to my kitchen sink to refill a cup that had previously been on my nightstand. I live in an old farm house that has wide door frames and big windows. The place I live in is mostly rural. The kitchen was pitch black, I stared into the darkness. While drinking my water and looking beyond my front porch, my cat had rubbed against me. I finished my water and began to pet my cat. I sat on the floor and straddled my cat and pet him on his chin. Usually around this time cars would be going by occasionally, lighting up the room momentarily. There were no cars on the road on this breezy summer night. The basement door was not locked so it swung in the breeze. I thought nothing of it because it had been doing this for a few days, and I got used to it. What I had not got used to was the sound of the wind whistling in and out of the old, cobwebbed basement, making an eerie sound, It set chills down my spine. I walked to each door, checking the locks. I went to the door my family and I always used, it was locked most likely by one of my parents. I went to the door that led to the now torn down porch, locked as always. I went to the door leading down to the basement, not locked. That was weird, it was always locked. It had a hinged lock where you swung a metal piece towards a protruding metal piece, and then turned the piece to secure it. This could not have been done on accident. But all of my family was asleep. I locked it and went upstairs. I lay in my bed, drifting in and out of consciousness. I did this for about an hour, I just wasn’t tired. I put in my earbuds and began to watch RU-vid, about 2 hours had passed when I heard a shatter. This made me get up from my bed. When I had gotten up I already heard my parents door open. My father stood in the hallway with me and I asked him if he heard it too. We went downstairs and immediately noticed my cat had been spooked and went running into my living room. I looked were my cat had gone and what I saw still makes me uneasy to this day. I saw a tall creature with dark eyes. It smelled terrible and was on all fours. I called for my dad, but when he arrived it was gone. Nobody believes me to this day. But I know what I saw, and I’m sure my cat does too.
