Ok so, I Googled the NPCs in Wcue and it only pulled up 3 of them on the Wiki page: Blink, Luna, and Fearless. The description of Fearless really freaked me out tho and it was very similar to what everyone is calling “Unknown Chaser” The description stated that if you’re in a small or private server and you see him (an all black cat, no face, no mouth, nothing) to get away as fast as you can and run to high ground (barn roof, mountains by Sc, bridge roof, ex.) It said that he will stay in the crouching speed and slowly get closer and closer to his “prey” (aka the player) and once he is close enough he will pop out of whatever bush or tree he is in to kick the player from the server by touching them. If the player manages to escape, however, he won’t stop chasing them until they are defeated, almost like he wants to play Tag… So yea, this one creeped me out, and it is very similar to the part at 0:26. I hope this maybe helped..?
Npcs are real, they just are for bugs and exploiters/hackers. Sometimes the npcs are hacked, but I’m not sure that’s why some kick or ban. The ones that ban/kick are ones that are hacked/glitched or just to troll exploiters or people that do glitches. The other ones that do nothing are just for finding bugs. But this is what I believe.
npcs are literally moderators pretending to be npcs once i met a moderator and they told me that moderators join the game and become a npc to spy on ppl in small servers MODERATORS SEE EVERYTHING-
For the one that said something like "OMG PLEASE I WAS JUST RECORDING PLEASE I HOPE HE DIDN'T SEE ME" or something, i think that was skinwalker, sibling or rainwalker, hope this helped those confused on it!
Personally, this is why I don’t rp in private servers. These always scare me, and there used to be something called “Luna Blink”. She would ban you from the whole game forever, getting rid of every one of your ocs. Stay safe out there, people.
luna,blink, wink or any npc is not real. blink is wolfs42's oc. some stupid 9 years old kid started saying that blink is a npc. others arent real, or at least test npcs in priv servers. but blink was an oc
I have an Oc called Nobody it was an all black cat it is genderless and is mostly at at the barn and kittypets it doesn't even move or talk not even any word or movement it's supposed to be an NPC but it's a real player-

Ayo yall: so, this is an npc I've only seen twice. This npc has never been documented to my knowledge. Its called gorge error its a black kit that runs along the gorge and if it gets close it produces glitch noises its harmless as far as i know and I've only seen it while swimming in the gorge in someones private server. All I know is that: it can teleport and makes noises. The fact that it only runs along the gorge and there's no sightings of gorge error concerns me I don't know how to summon it neither do I know what it wants or what it's backstop is but here's my theory: someone was role-playing as a pure black kit and was chilling by the gorge when something spooked the player making them jump into the gorge but the something killed their oc banning the player for a day joking their oc stuck as a ghost forever running for its life.
I was playing once then a cat popped up then disepeerd then started following me.i ran by blinks npc place and they were gone a looked back and blink was following me i joined my private server and there was a whole clan so i joined a public server and blink was at his normal spot but then he started walking around so i left and started a roleplay i freinded them all and invited them to my priv server and blink was following all of us i made a dif priv server and blink was gone.I didnt get to film it b/c my mom was using the cmrra that i use to film but i took screenshots.It was very weird b/ I almost never run into npcs.
The video from 5:54 to 7:22 is fake. Let me explain. The movements were smooth, and looked well coordinated, as if it were a player. Npc's usually take sharp turns, and walk straight. The head turns are rare, and sharp too. The person also didn't go close to the npc, and I saw a name tag, which seemed slightly longer than an npc's. There was also a cut in the video, at 7:05, which could probably be the recorder telling the other person to start chasing them. They also didn't shpw the leaderboard or anything, to prove that their the only one in the server. And also, I don't know if the first one is fake or not. Can someone please tell me if they do know? One time I was rping with one of my besties, and I was running in sc territory, and then I saw something, or someone in the corner of my eye, and it was like almost see threw and it faded away, still scares me
I'm scared of playing WCUE now bc I'm scared of the NPCs. I have read the comments, and i think I saw that one said that one NPC bans you forever and it scared me bc a lot of times servers become deserted the longer you're on it and some of them said that the NPCs spawn on smaller/private servers. I also don't know a high place to hide, in the instance of Fearless. AAAGH SO SCARY!
@DJHyprling you probably know the npcs are fake but if you’re still scared (I am lol) you can play on public servers since the npcs are only supposed to spawn on small and private servers
Places that you should be safe: barn roof and up area pink room flick and flicker can protect you in up and barn roof is pretty safe but you might see npcs I saw Luna once on roof but I was fine (not 100% sure this is completely safe but it works for me)
Once I was summoning rink and something chase me(on the game tho) and it looked like an all white cat(no name no bio no user) but when I got closer it crouched and pounced an it disappeared in mid-air
0:35 It was day I was at my grandma's house watching this and my sister was out of the room and as soon as I heard this sound I got scared and tried to turn my volume down lol then unplugged my charger and booked out of that room.
Rink and blink are just different in 2 ways rink is the white and blink is black rink either kicks or bans u so every NPC wouldn't be normal but blink is normal actually (the only point of summoning rink or unknown entity most likely u need to be a app or large warrior or maybe young warrior or warrior but to summon rink u need to be a kit but 4 kits and no elders or warriors to save them
if y’all didn’t know, here are some fake/deleted npcs! 1.blink Information about blink: Blink is not real it’s just someone’s oc that got posted online and the person lied about it saying this: “OMG GUYS I THINK I DISCOVERED A NEW NPC! OMG WATCH OUT FOR IT!So everyone got scared and spammed in game: “OMG YALL BLINK! BLINK!!” and everyone discovered it was false so yeah^^ 2. Twig Information about twig: Twig is a removed/deleted npc that can both be summoned or found lurking around roads on wcue like thunder path and the glitched outside world near KP. to explain the first one, that was not real. If you think of it, the devs added blink in for one reason, and that was for a test, blink was never some secret. BUT you may be asking, why did the servers shut down when it got close to them?! Well, what would've happened is they gathered 3 of their friends in a private server they did not own, instead, one of the friends owned it. 2 of them would be at the computer as seen in the first scene. The other would be outside, when they go outside to check, you notice how one of their friends aren't beside them once theres 2 of the ghosts/monsters whatever you wanna call it. The friend there would've followed them to make it seem real, and then leave right before it ends, it would be easy if they were all in a call telling each other what to do. And in the very last scene, as soon as the other friend goes close to them, the friend who owns the server shuts it down More proof why its fake: the thing isn't fully recorded, theres clips, it transitions from one thing to another, which means they would've done this multiple times until it was perfect. Edit: they could've actually shut down the server, and then took a screen shot of the message and edited it to the developer thing

As much as the npcs are for bug fixes they still scare the crap out of me XD. I think when me and my friend were npc hunting in her private server I found a npc or something strange like that. Let me explain, so I used to post a series on WCUE where me and my friend would try to summon npcs or anger them. One day in one of my recordings I noticed something while I recorded the video and afterward. So, at one point I was at riverclan trying to anger Luna Tuna. (We call her that because it's funny) and as I was running around the territory of riverclan I kept on spamming "LUNA TUNA" in caps. I kept this up and I was trying to anger her by saying she was a scaredy cat for not coming out to scare us. So, I kept on running and screaming Luna Tuna until I noticed something by the bridge. (Keep in mind this was before the entire revamp of the map and before they deleted all the npcs) If you don't know what bridge I'm talking about, I mean the bridge that lets you across the gorge to windclan territory. Anyways, I turned my screen and saw a black disordered looking black cat thing in the air that disappeared a second later. I would also like to add that my friend was in shadowclan and it couldn't have been her glitching out before teleporting to riverclan because, 1. She arrived 2 minutes or so AFTER the incident occurred. And 2. During the entire time we were npc hunting that day she wasn't using a black cat she was using a light gray one. I'm still not sure what I saw but I'm not joking I actually saw something that day and I am forever horrified that it was Luna because we may have angered her too much. (It also could have been leaves from a tree bugging out but that doesn't make sense because there is no tree where I saw the weird figure) But uh after that we continued to try and anger Luna Tuna and here is a little bonus story: So, I was with the same friend in her private server, and we were doing an rp. We didn't talk about anything creepy going on because we were too busy roleplaying. Anyways, the next day at my school she told me that she swore she saw something zoom across her screen while we were both together. And we were the only 2 in that server. I told her I saw something run across my screen Aswell. (ONE MORE BONUS STORY: So, me and my same friend were NPC hunting AGAIN. I kept on seeing a black cat float in the air with no face. It kept spawning around RC and SC. I was in camera mode and a few minutes later I saw what I'm pretty sure was Fearless run across the road was. Now, this was faster than how a player can run so it was obviously an npc. I kept looking and I saw him AGAIN but this time he was at the moonstone area. Then I saw him twice at borders you can't go to. I decided we should go to the barn, so we did. Now this part will forever scare me because this was the CLOSEST time, I had EVER seen a npc like fully instead of all blurry! So, it was Fearless on a hill, he was staring at me then disappeared a second later. I cannot explain how much my heart was beating after that.) But uh yeah, I have way creepier encounters with strange things on WCUE. Welp those are 2 of my scary stories about WCUE that I experienced. gOoDbYe. I think npcs are real but only to fix bugs and blink isn’t real some are not real if you do find them in your private server it might just be a npc fixing bugs I guess
That's spider... if your a kit.... ur doomed he targets kits and it makes it so hard see him tbh. Hide in the barn closed doors aswell.. u should be safe
My friends and I summoned wink and he was winking at me from behind the fence it was so creepy I thought it was a firefly but someone ran up to it and they disconnected
I know that the npcs are actually just fixing bugs and things like that, but they still make me nervous. Especially when they start chasing you?! I still don’t understand why they chase people. 🤷♀️
Yeah, seems a bit frightening. But honestly it makes me feel better to know they're just fixing bugs.. Some these ppl saying they will ban you from WCUE 😵
@@luvlylies3641 They spawn into buggy servers (Mostly priv ones) to fix things and if you tamper with the fixing too much it bans you, if you tamper a small bit then the server gets shut-down.
Fake npc I made: “Death-eyed” Death-Eyed only appears in private servers or very small servers (very rarely), and only lurks in riverclan, but there’s a chance he’s hiding near the elders den in shadowclan. He could hide anywhere in Riverclan, and when he sees you, he follows you around, but camouflages himself so you don’t hear him. You will hear scratching on wood, and a strange sound that sounds like a laser. He will stop occasionally to see if you found him. If you keep walking, and you stop at a certain point, he will attack. Once he attacks you, you will do the back lay without clicking the emote, then your screen will turn black. You will go into editor forcefully, and see that your cat is only a black, hairless cat with red splotches, like blood. Your character will have a unusually long tail and paws and your character will have fully blind eyes. You will spawn back into riverclan with no mention after 5 seconds, and you will be in the river, as he chants ``blinded by death. i took your eyes, time to take your claws. It’s time to die.`` 13x, at this point, you can’t leave the server. You will be banned from the private server, and if you try to enter it again, it immediately kicks you saying ``you lost it.`` and you will be prohibited to join. The private server will be named ``eyeballs taken. try to find me now.`` and you cannot join that private server unless you make a new one. In shadowclan, he will wait for you in the elder’s den when you stop by, then run to you, making you the back lay forcefully again. He will say ``blinded again. take all the claws. Take your soul, take a step, rip your heart and lay you on your deathbed.``, then you will turn into editor, the same blinded black cat with red splotches, and instead of 5 seconds, it’s 3. Once you get out of editor, you will get a jumpscare by Death-Eyed, but only be kicked, and it will be called ``another soul stolen. In the hands of the blinded.`` if you join back, he will always haunt the server unless you make a new one. the way to summon him is to say ``Death-Eyed, Death-Eyed, please answer me, i feel your pain, so come and see. We will give you our eyes and loyalty. Take our private server, and you will see.`` this has to be done with atleast 2 people, maximum is 5. Then you have to hide in shadowclan or riverclan, based on where your doing it. It’s best if you hide in the bushes in shadowclan, or in the river of riverclan. He will say ``I have came, I have come. Take you eyeballs and give them to me. Then we are done.`` if you successfully hide, he will kick all in the server and call it ``you survived the blind.`` and when you join back, he will give a black screen, and a text on the screen saying ``I’ll find a way to scratch you blind.`` then it’ll go normally. Death-Eyed is a black cat with red splotches, a stubbed red tail, a half red face, a mane and long muzzle, and long claws and long paws. One paw will be fully red and his mane will be red. He will have the half blind eyes, a red eye and a blinded Eye. End. That’s my fake npc!
Just warning you all that Blink is not a NPC it is in fact a morph that was believed to be a NPC but is actually the morph of a Tiktoker that seemed dangerous. I do not believe who the Tiktoker was but I know it wasn’t and isn’t a NPC.
This is why i dont go into private servers, my friends invited me to hers, we were roleplaying but we keep feeling like we are being watched, when we looked around after the rp, i got kicked out, no reason. The last thing i saw was a weird figure behind a bush. The figure was indistinguishable because it was nighttime in the game. But i know it was slightly bigger then a large warrior. I think it was slightly thinner too?
1: severs of vips, are unknown to see Npcs. 2: cause of unknown Npcs of you seeing is trying to find and fix bugs, 3: do not interact with the nocs un less it’s “blink, wink, sink,” and others. 4: if u interact with one of those Npcs you will get a instant ban or kick, 5: never mess around in vip severs if u see a npc, they’re trying to find and fix the bugs, reports. 6: never include 10 or more cats/players in the vip, they’ll get a instant ban or kick. 7: if u hear water dripping in ur private while ur roleplaying in the kitty pets get out there now, it’s dangerous. 8: never mess with “sink” they will give a instant ban, pls known to never interact or mess with “wink, blink, sink, other.” Will give u a instant kick/ban. Never mess incorrectly with those Npcs, u see. *WARNING, WHATEVER U SEE AND READ WILL INCREASE UR HORROR MIND.*

One time i was in my friends server with a ton of people we didnt even ghost hunt yet and a white cat eith no facial festures pounced at me. Only showed the head nothing else
I made my own NPC, and I called it Hypothermia- its a white cat with blue paws, kind of like a ghost of mosskit, and I go into servers to scare people, and one guy went up to me and stared then said "Scary" and left the game lol
I have a feeling that the last one is fake, she is 2 close to it that she would have ran or blink would have ran, I have no proof but she could of editing the name tag. (I’m not English sorry) and how it isn’t a full video, it’s a transition so that’s my claim.
They should make a normal cat npc, but it’s all black, no face, mouth, eyes, and basically stretch the legs so high and it chases people, that would be terrifying but hilarious at the same time, I’d honestly call it giraffe cat if it was real.
Some of these could be if you put on advanced settings because there’s a warning if you see a random. cat and let’s say your on a private server alone turn them OFF.
