SCCSD Fall Sports Sign Ups 

Fall sports begin on August 26 (with the exception of football, which begins August 19).
All student-athletes must be signed up on FinalForms in order to participate (salamanca-ny.f...).
In order for student-athletes to be eligible for the first day of practice, three things need to occur:
1. All physicals must be up-to-date and on file in our nurse’s office (up-to-date physicals are within one year of the beginning of the season).
2. Parents/guardians must sign all forms on FinalForms.
3. Students must sign relevant forms on their FinalForms account.
Parents/guardians and students: Please check your FinalForms accounts to make sure all forms are signed (green means good to go, red means unfinished).
