How I play Frostgrave solo - without scenarios - when you just feel like heisting some treasure. While Rangers of Shadowdeep is a great solo game (highly recommend!) sometimes you just need to throw some wild spells!
I suggest grabbing a copy of the 'Perilous Dark' supplement - they are excellent rules and scenarios for your solo dives into Felstad.
All random d20 rolls to determine everything!

I like it! Have you seen the Dead or Alive solo rules for Stargrave? It might be neat to make up some FG bad guys to run with those rules - could be rival wizards, badass demons...

Hi, I am from the future to tell you about...Frostgrave Mortal Enemies! Which seems to be what you are describing, though I don't have it yet. I am not from that far in the future

@@bluebird3281 It's not quite the same as the Dead or Alive system. Mortal Enemies is more of a beefed-up random encounter. Meanwhile, Dead or Alive has been expanded to a whole book - so there are even more solo enemies that could be reskinned to FG.
