Wow! I'm watching most of this with a tear in my eye. Love this band , their music , their creativity, poetry and ability to transport to a beautiful place through their music. Thank you OCS.
Met the band in the original Snobs nightclub in Birmingham and saw them at Irving Plaza, Manhattan not long before 9/11. A one in a million band. Love them.
Amazing, love OCS. Takes me back to 96 and me and my mates dressing like them and listening to Moseley Shoals, Marchin and free rides. Brilliant work Tony and thanks for taking the time to do this. Donate to Shelter!
Great watch shame it looks like the end of the rd for one of brums greatest bands. Nice bunch of lads as well. Always have time for the fans and I've met some great friends from the gigs
Brilliant footage thanks for sharing. This will no doubt be the closest we ever get to a proper OCS film, as since these days, it seems hardly anyone has bothered to film anything of them for the last 15 years or so apart from some random bits of rehearsal footage shot on a phone. They need to get a proper production crew on board, get Tony involved with his footage, get the band 100% on board, including Damon, Dan and Andy, who are are all now departed, and make one of the best stories ever, from start to present day. It would be fantastic and even do the festival runs if made well. Anyway. OCS forever!
I ain't going to lie, the bit where Steve married his missus in a cave, then took her to the Isle of Wight scooter rally for their honeymoon, all the while P.P. Arnold singing what the world needs now is love sweet love.....mate it broke me and was blubbing like a baby 😥 That man is a man after my own heart because that is exactly something I'd do. Apart from the fact that I already live on the island 👍
