If you are new here, hi! We are Jade and Jarvis travelling Australia in our 79 series Landcruiser!
In today’s episode we start off in Redbluff where we cook up a bronzie shark we caught in Monkey Mia.
The following day we go back to Quobba where the boys go in for a spearfish where Jarv spears a Spangled Emperor and both got a Spanish Flag Fish. It was a very successful dive!
Unfortunately, we noticed a coolant leak whilst at Quobba which resulted in us staying at a Caravan Park in Canarvon so we can get it fixed as soon as possible. We were informed it was all clear but when we continued on towards Coral Bay, we found it was still leaking.
After 10 days at the Caravan Park and the car going in and out of the mechanics, a further coolant leak was found so our friend Ben drove to Canarvon to take us to Coral Bay over the Easter long weekend which also was Jarvis’ birthday weekend.
In Coral Bay we went out for a dive which we swam with turtles! It was such a beautiful dive with incredible reef.
Our mate Ben is a pilot in Coral Bay so we were lucky enough to get a private flight over Coral Bay on Jarvis’ birthday. It was incredible to see the amazing reefs from a different perspective!
