This is the main mall elevator at Tysons Galleria (Tysons II). This mall only has one elevator inside the mall, with the rest being in stores and restaurants. This is a pretty cool elevator. It has a birdcage-like ceiling. It is scenic, but the outside of the elevator hoistway is covered, so you can't see out into the mall. I don't know why this was done, or if it was always the case.
