Driving from Blouberg beach front, along the shores of Table Bay to Melkbos beach. The name Bloubergstrand literally means "blue mountain beach” The beach is also famous for Wind Surfing in South Africa, Only 15 kilometres (30 Minutes) north of the city centre of Cape Town. This is a seaside community with lots of tourists visiting for the spectacular views of Table Mountain across Table Bay as well as the City of Cape Town. We end the drive at Melkbos. This is even a smaller seaside town with great white beaches and views of Robben Island. Both towns are great locations for tourists looking for the more relaxed beach holiday, but still being close to Cape Town and everything it has to offer.
