They reduced the length of her legs from the original length in the games. Otherwise, she would have been the tallest character and be easily comboable.

Do you Wavebounce your UpB’s for Witch Strike or do you just position it

It depends on where the opponents position is, but what works for me the most is wave bounce wtw, and then jump away wtw.
