once you color them with pastels and bake your creations, do the colors stick to the fimo, or do they wear off in time? I see you don't use a matte glaze so I was just wondering if it's necessary to glaze them to prevent them from fading.

TLS is actually kind of like a glue as you said. Except it's like a glue for clay. You can use it to secure things like eye pins into the clay or just attach other pieces of clay to it. It can also be used to make fake icings for the clay. There is also a form of "clay glue" made by another clay company "Fimo". And it is just called "Liquid Fimo"

i have a quick question regarding the baking of polymer clay items. the question is ? can i build up a polymer clay sculpture in stages ? meaning = can i expose initial stages of the sculpture to repeated baking ? say there was 4 or 5 stages i wanted to add to a sculpture i was building and each stage i want to re-bake the sculpture as i add new additional layers of detail, would he first initial layers of the sculpture withstand the repeated re-baking process ? or would they potentially crack, discolour or become brittle perhaps ? or would numerous re-bakes be possible if i only baked each stage for short periods, that were just long enough to harden each layer, preparing it for the next additions of clay to the sculpture before giving it another short bake, possibly re-baking up to 4-5 times before finishing the final sculpture ? my main concern is about parts of the sculpture maintaining their intended shape/form while baking.. will extended parts of the sculpture possibly droop and warp while in the oven due to gravity and heat etc ? i have never used the polymer clay medium an i am uncertain about how to handle it properly ? im not even sure if i can use my conventional gas flame over to bake the clay correctly ? or will i need an oven with an electrically heated element perhaps ? if you could offer any advice it would be greatly appreciated , thanks in advance yeah ;)

hi, i know this video is a little old. i am used to making large items for my cosplays out clay and when it comes to baking my items so if i burn them a little it isnt a big deal. smaller trinkets i dont think i can so.....how do you heat/bake ur projects an how do you guess the time?

For the frosting on the sugar cookie you can use tls and pink chalk/soft pastels

What's the difference between triple thick and the glossy glaze Also I use white sculpey clay (idk if I spelt it right T^T) and I always end up with fibers in my clay somehow is it the clay that's really sensitive or is there a secret Idk because I wash my hands REALLY good and then table ....
