Scentsy Wax Collection - April 2024 

My categories are: spring/summer, fall/winter and anytime. All in a 3 drawer thing. Then some subcategories available and not. I went through them recently while editing my club. I'm also gonna try some form of spreadsheet tracking.

I have mine organized by scents....for example..all lemons together, whether spring, summer, or bakery. It is a job to keep them organized.

Great video! I only have about 150 bars and 1 brick. When I receive my bars, I use a thin Sharpie and date them with the month and year (4/24 etc). I then put them upright in plastic Dollar Tree bins that have vent holes so they breathe. I put a paper towel underneath for any seepage. I wipe them off if needed, probably twice per year. I keep an alphabetical list on my phone in my "notes" app. If I have more than one of a scent, I add the number after the scent name. (For example, Dumbo (3).) I try to use my oldest bars first as much as possible. I still have 1 bar from Oct. 2020, which I can't bring myself to melt...Stroopwafel Delight. My next oldest bars are from Feb. 2022.

I have 162 bars. I do use a spreadsheet and it is a lifesaver! It’s worth the work to input them. I also have columns for scent notes, format (bar/brick), and “club” if they are in my club. I also do sheets for every vendor I buy from. All scents are alphabetical. Now, my organization is another story…😂

I enjoyed seeing all the bars, some of these I wish I had in my stash. I have 169 bars but my club just shipped so I will be adding 28 more to that total plus I have a party I closed out that is on its way with another 12 bars so that will give me a total of 209. I have 5 bricks; I have mine stored in an 8 drawer cart , stored by category: bakery, Christmas/winter, fresh/floral, fall/halloween, summer/fruity and one I title comfort Bars (that’s where I put my bars of vanilla suede, bonfire Beach, love and happiness, cashmere corduroy, etc, The bars that just make me close my eyes and relax because they are so soothing to my soul);

I have a spread sheet on my phone and it’s really handy. When I place an order I can just go through the spreadsheet to see what I need or what I think I need and I don’t. I keep all of my bars under my bed in four different totes that are longer so I can see them instead of high (I sent you a picture before). I have a total of 608 bars! I want to get down to 500 and I would be happy with 300-500 bars I swear the number keeps going up and up every month 😂. I did have a monthly club with my favourites and I have merged that with my quarterly club so hopefully that helps

Great stash!! I have about 150 bars and about 10 bricks. I'm so glad u posted this because I was thinking I have too much. Now I don't feel so bad. 😂 My biggest category is Fall, spice scents, then I'd say fruity spring summer scents. Cold pizza!!!? How interesting 🤔

I'm new to your channel my stash is 500 so I hear i put them in a 4 drawer and go by season it makes them easy to find

I organize my bars fall, fruit(ish) & bakery, fresh, Christmas/winter. Example…swirling snowflakes goes in fresh even though it’s kind of winter for me. I don’t like that fragrance mixing with the winter spices.

Cold pizza! I have never heard of that. Does it smell just like cold Pizza? And what toppings 🤔

I have not counted my bars.. I’m afraid too 😂😂. I need to make a spreadsheet or make a list in my phone

When I went over 600. I stopped buying and started melting! I need to recount and reinventory, but I’ve definitely reduced my stash .. I think … I hope. LOL.

I need to organize my wax too. I don’t know where anything is.

I have a large drawer that I keep all my bars in. I have less than 100 but my stock is growing. LOL

If that's 297 I dare not count mine 🙈

I've only 9 bricks but hard to come by in uk. Not used any of mine and I've only two licensed brick dumbo and jack
