That is one impressive tripod. The way it handles the panning with the heavy camcorder without tipping over is seriously impressive.

That is quite a nice unit! Usually made in china is a warning to the level of quality bieng not so great but I am quite impressed! 👍

Is the "ADVERTISEMENT-WERBUNG" text in the upper left corner some sort of legal requirement in Germany?

Yes and no. They are very strict about what counts as an advertisement, if you show a product, that you did not pay full price for, or if you got something in return for showing the product, it is an advertisement, and this must be disclosed to the viewer. But they are not very clear about how to mark videos as advertisement. The permanent text insert is not a legal requirement, but this is how I chose to mark the video, just to be on the safe side.
