Hi, please i need help, my saeco philips xsmall dripping coffee very little, drops only had to wait longer than usual for a cup coffee but today it doesnt get out at all, not even a drop! The coffee is grinded ans it gets thrown away as dry grinded coffee not watery as usually, please help me with this!

Do you know how can I change the temperature for the coffee, it is too cold for a nice coffee.

Hello ! I ordered a coffee machine (Phillips Saeco HD8645/47 Vapore Expresso Machine, X-Small, Black) from Amazon but unfortunately it didn't work! I don't know what's the problem! the power button is red all the time BTW I did all the steps in the catalog and everything is ok, Also I went to the agency here in Saudi Arabia but they didn't accept it because the specifications of the machine that I ordered doesn't match the specifications of the Middle East What should I do? Plz help me ASAP Thank you for your cooperation..

Hello friend could you give me a hint of what is happening with my xsmall I press to take a coffee and it cancels does not extract and throws the dry powder in the blotter holder and turns on the fixed red light on the right side it seems that it lacks coffee like if there was little coffee to grind

Hello, when I turn the machine on I've got a steady exclamation mark red light and a steady thermometer green light as just the same as the full coffee grounds drawer warning. At the test mode, all tests seems like to run successful. Even though when I push the button, nothing happens. Any clue?

I did all the testing that you show on the video and everything seems okay with it . but when i push the button to make coffee all 4 lights start to flash and the grinder does not grind and no coffee comes out.i don't know what else to do. thankyou.

Anyone have this issue: I'm ready to make a shot, I press either the single or double button, I hear a clicking sound, the dreg box door pushes forward just enough to trigger the error light and it won't go any further. It feels like the brew group starts to move and it's pushing the dreg box forward triggering the alert light....help!!

Hello. After turning the machine on, on the right side the green temperature light lights up and the right red exclamation side is flashing rapidly. Do you have any idea what could it be? It still makes coffee...
