It's funny but I'm gonna bet Desolator Magic would act the same way then make a 20 minute video about how Slivers need to be banned if the same thing happened to him.

I think that was very poor of Chris...really bad sportsmanship

+Nikolic kia Nah, I can't go along with poor sportsmanship. Disbelief sure. But he never acted negatively, extended the handshake, and was just dumbfounded.
@jonc3519

He was rolling his eyes like a 12 year old girl. That's pretty negative and condescending.

I was watching this video expecting Chris to flip the table or swear at his opponent. All I got was a condescending look on his face is this seriously all he did wrong?
@MrStarbumps
@MrStarbumps 8 лет назад
+Spideysenses67, well chris also kind of threw his cards down and knocked his other cards, which can be interpreted as poor behaviour. However it is also probably not significant enough to need intervention ir warning, but it seems there are a lot of stories about this and worse behaviour happening regularly so I guess people like that it has been caught on camera, even if it is just a hint of his bad sportsmanship.
@Im-Sofa
@Im-Sofa 8 лет назад
+Spideysenses67 this isnt a video of the reason he got DQ'd from the legacy event in Milwaukee, this is just a separate video from a different open where he acted slightly less than sportsmanlike.

Im curious why bowman let his predatory die. He could have vialed in the sedge sliver then regenerated. Did I miss something re. the walker?
@LordZetera00
@LordZetera00 8 лет назад
+brettdumain He didn't want the Hangarback Walker to die and produce 4 flying 1/1 thopter blockers so he just thought blowing up the land was a a way better line even if it meant losing a sliver.
@ericrojero1124
@ericrojero1124 8 лет назад
+brettdumain no swamp that would help him regen the sliver
@brettdumain
@brettdumain 8 лет назад
His mana dork can make black mana. Sedge sliver has two abilities, the pseudo lord that's only activated once you control a swamp and "B: Regenerate target creature" which is not reliant on a swamp, just need a black mana source. Ultimately didn't matter but meh

The way that Andersen finishes the game with that face ... ugh. I would have dragged it out as long as possible to twist the knife. If you know you're dead then just concede and save everyone the time.
@etherraichu

I disagree. I play Pokemon (video game) a lot and there have been so many situations where I thought I was going to lose for sure... And then my opponent does something stupid accidentally. I don't delay things, I don't drag it out, but I fight til the end. Ive beaten someone by hitting them with Struggle, which took their last pokemon out, and then my last pokemon out. So I ended up winning with neither of us having any pokemon left. Don't drag it out. But throw everything you have.

+etherraichu ive played a guy in magic at my school (one of the teachers) and I got him down to 1 health and then he beat me using a investigate deck with more then 20 life,

In Poker, there are players like Phil Helmuth, who are good, but maybe a little unsportsmanlike, maybe a little childish. However, Chris Andersen is straight up Tony-G, rude, obnoxious, unfriendly, condescending, and not really amazing at the game.

fun. people are mocking someone as a crybaby and piss their butts off being as huge crybabies. And sent by the largest crybaby of them all, Desolator Magic xDD who knows nothing about no format and is proud of it^^ Greetings from a sometimes crybaby, sometimes not so crybaby (or so)
