Have you made sure that the end of the drip tray where the contacts are, that they are cleaned & also dry? Otherwise could be a cable connection issue.
There are several codes, there is a service code which changes daily, then you can set up different ones. I think the one we set up for this customer was 11111 5 times to get into the basic parts
