Seems to me that the Schecter has the best overall tone... The CMG needs a boost or something....

Schecter is the best quality, Fenders made in CHina are heavyass POS crap (yes, I've played them ar GuitarCenter)

I concur w/Lee's assessment & own a purple Schecter PT special - she IS indeed "special." Haven't touched my Lesters in a while, their gettin' jealous ;-)

I thought the vintage offered the most correct tele tone. The Shecter PT is sweet and strong. Adds a little extra mid-range punch. Would love to hear it in the hands of a rock or blues player. It can cover country to get you by, but it’s made for rock. The other one didn’t stand out to me.
