There is no option as profile or page coming in FB group. Only ' Your Feed' is written there.

I scheduled posts on a group, but the other admin can't see my scheduled posts. The other admin needs to make changes to my scheduled posts before the posts go live. Thank you so much for your assistance.

I see the option to schedule as my personal page but I do not see the option to schedule as the business page. The business page is linked to the group but it does not appear to be an admin in the group even though they are linked. Not sure if this is affecting the ability to schedule and how to go about fixing this? Thanks

I asked Facebook directly haven't got a response yet but I will ask here as well maybe I can get some advice. I have my own Facebook group I've been running for about a year for motivational positivity stuff. It's my post a lot of quote memes and stuff I find. Trying to upload off the Facebook app and ends up not showing all my photos. I've discovered if I go on my Chrome browser it gives me access directly to my photo album unlike on the mobile app I can access my Google photos album directly however when uploading posts this way I don't see the option to schedule post when trying to do it off a mobile phone I don't know if I'm missing it somewhere but I don't see the little calendar next to the post button when you're on the mobile Chrome browser

how do I schedule to a group that I am simply a member of. I know where you can do it in the planner section , but FB doesn't allow you to see all your groups in the drop down menu. Is there another way?

I got a note from facebook on my community saying i can earn money by paid partnerships. Long story short the note at the top of my group went away and now i can access that portal. Any ideas? Nobody seems to know. I have a picture of the note.

This worked for me on a private group but, on a public group there was no little scheduling clock to click on beside the "Post" button.

I hate the scheduling update and I was trying to fix it so I can post right away instead of scheduling any time I want. It was never like this before and I was trying to fix it. Can you send a link of how to fix it please?

Hey David - To post right away you should just be able to hit the big blue Post button, rather than the schedule button. Do you not have that?

the example you gave is very simple and quite intuitive. but the explanation is great. However, I would have liked to see how you program the publication taking into account several different facebook groups. Basically, do the same as you explained, but watering groups of our choice.Thanks

@@mrjerrypotter Hello Jerry, Thank you so much for your answer, that's very kind. I created a company page on facebook, and on this page I published blog posts. As much as admin of this page, when I click on "Share on a group", I want to find the list containing all the groups to which I belong. This way I can select them in order to publish my article on all the selected groups. Currently, when I share on a group I only have a field where I have to type the beginning of the name of the group. This is not practical, especially when you want to make a lot of publications to direct traffic to our site. Best regards

Unfortunately Facebook doesn't allow you to share to a bunch of groups at once because they consider that spammy behavior.

I have a group that I created 27 scheduled posts. However, I can not see anything after the 20th scheduled post. I have been able to schedule unlimited post in other groups but, for some reason, I can not in this group. Please help.

Is there any way to schedule Events for future dates? I have recurring coaching calls and would love to enter them in facebook events months at a time. But don't want them to clutter up my feed! Any ideas? Thank you.

Unfortunately you can only schedule in your own group. And I'm not sure I understand your second question?

That isn't an option from Facebook. The best time saving you could do is have them all bookmarked, then copy and paste into all of them at once.

Thank you, Jerry! I have successfully scheduled a post in my private Facebook group. However, my daughter is also an administrator of the group and when she tries to click on the little calander icon it doesn't open. Do you have any idea why?

If there are multiple admins in a group, can all the admins see the scheduled post or just the admin who posted it?

Great question! On pages all admins can see, so I would assume the same would be true for Groups.

@@mrjerrypotter Unless there is a setting I'm missing, no they can not. The only admin (in a group) that can see scheduled posts is the one who scheduled it. Yes, it's silly, but that's how our group page is. Does anyone know how to change this?

It's possible it's not available in your area? The only other reason is because you're in a group that's not yours.

Are members of the group able to tell if the posts they are seeing are of the scheduled type? Is there any icon that shows up letting them know? For example, the public icon or the founders icons etc that show up for people to see.

Another feature that is not apparent, after scheduling a post, I like to put an Expiration date/time to remove the post, but I don't see how to do that in a Private FB Group. On a page, in the Publishing Tools, I can both schedule a post and set expiration to have the post removed. Any ideas on how to do this in a Group scheduled post?

@@mrjerrypotter Oh well, it was worth asking. FB really could use an overhaul on how they manage groups. Last year, when they eliminated the connected private chat rooms, that really was a downer for my subscribers. While there are lots of "free" chat room systems, finding the right one that I can integrate with Zapier and InfusionSoft Memberium has been difficult. I wish FB had an integration mechanism so I could eliminate the manual effort required to add and delete members as they start/end a paid subscription to my service. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I think at some point Facebook will offer paid tools for groups to do this sort of thing. They are already testing people using groups to accept payments. In the meantime when someone cancels out of one of my paid programs, I just add a task to remove them on the date their membership ends. And recently I moved this to a VA task.

@@mrjerrypotter Yes, we're doing something similar, but then it is still a manual method to go through the Task list and remove or add them from the group. I'm looking/hoping for a way to automate this. I couldn't imagine doing with 3000 or more viewers.

If you are talking about numbers that big, I'd suggest building your community somewhere other than Facebook. Otherwise you're just spending all your time adding/removing people. 😕

No, they'd have to be an Editor or Admin.

Anyone who is an Editor should be able to post or edit posts. Don't make anyone an Admin unless you trust them implicitly - that gives them the same control you have, including the ability to kick you off the page.

I'm so sorry, I missed when you said Group in your second comment. Moderators can not post in groups and they likely won't ever be able to. If the group is attached to a business page, and they are an Editor or Admin on the business page, they should be able to post or edit posts in the Group as the Page. Does that make sense? Otherwise they can post as themselves in the group.
