Schedule UiPath Automation using Windows Task Scheduler

What if a console application that runs daily to retrieve data from a RESTful API endpoint, gets an HttpStatusCode=422 (because the endpoint data is not available) ? 2 hours later, the endpoint data becomes available, then, how can UiPath check for the 422 error, then resubmit the task under Windows Task Scheduler, so it can detect HttpStatusCode=200OK, then have Windows Task Scheduler restart the task to retrieve the endpoint data ?
