Schezwan Sauce Recipe | Homemade Schezwan Sauce | Chinese Sauce | kabitaskitchen

Schezwan Sauce is a spicy sauce used in Schezwan recipes like Schezwan Fried Rice, Noodles etc. It is made from dried red chiili, garlic and ginger.
Ingredients:
Dry red chilli(medium spicy)-50 gm
Garlic cloves(finely chopped)-15
Ginger(finely chopped)-3 inch
Tomato ketchup-2 tsp
Soy sauce-2 tsp
White vinegar-2 tbsp
Salt as per taste or 1.5 tsp
Cooking oil-6 tbsp

really good reciepe.madam do not throw these red chilli seeds .you can grow it in apot.After some time you can get beautiful fresh green chillis

Really nice recipe. Thanks for uploading! I'm going to make this for dinner, luckily all the ingredients are actually available at home. Edit: I used some spicy paprika-powder instead of chilis, garlic, ginger, some sliced onion chunks, apple vinegar, Sunflower-oil, tomatoes (one fresh with some mashed out of tin), a little bit of honey (because there wasn't anything else to sweeten it with) and some walnuts. I ate it with some salad leaves and buckwheat-noodles. It was delicious. Also greetings from Germany :)
