Schindler Elevator at Publix at Atlantic Station in Atlanta 

I work at this store. Yes, the mezzanine section is the upstairs part of the store, for employees only. A manager's key can override it though, if we need to use the elevator.

the reaion it didnt start going down righ away is because you pressed up but then you pressed the button to make it go down inside it had to figur out what why to go

i dont like schindler elevators because they are so freakin slow and because the bell is so loud. i think otis elevators are the best
