Btw over my whole life I've had to answer a lot of this questions by myself and it was kinda hard connecting the dots cuz my therapists only know the basic stuf (at least the psychiatrists that I go to) so it's helping me realize defence mecanismes and I also didn't realize that people arround me could help me but now that I think about it I can tell them exactly how to try to calm me, also I realized that maybe I should switch medications becuz the one that I've been on for 4 years only makes the hallucinations less vivid and dosnt prevent them or paranoia.
