A 19th century Black Forest table top Trumpeter Cuckoo clock. 8-day time and strike movement with Brass cutout plates, shield form pendulum and three horns, turned wooden dial and applied bone hands and Roman numerals. Oak Gothic Revival Period case with carved detail including a foliate crest above a dial surround with carved tracery flanked by shaped pilasters on a stepped base with molded feet. Older finish with Ebonized detail, some wear, minor damage, running when cataloged. 19 3/4" high overall. ESTIMATE $800-1,200
