Those stairs would not be ridged enough. I would like to see a heavy person use them to see how flexible and springy they would be. Especially the banister rail. I am very sceptical of of the engineering with this design.
I agree. I put mine together, and they are rather shaky walking up and down. The hand rail is sturdy. I feel for the price, these stairs are not firm enough. they wobble, and the engineering is not that good. I had to do them 2 times. The first time, where the center support transitions to just the threaded bar supporting them I had the 5th step down move out of place creating a bend in the verticle support. So I had to take apart and re do. This time I added my own support to the structure and it improved some, but it still if wobbly when a heavy person mounts it. Some of my friends refuse to use it because they say it feels like it may fall over.
Casi no tiene estabilidad. Como pueden vender este tipo de escaleras. Para Caracol La base siempre debe ser Concreto armado o fierro soldado. como puedes poner tornillos en la baranda. No brinda nada de seguridad. Que ridiculo.
